BARISTA - Full Time – Iper La grande i, Milano Portello (MI)
Company Overview: Iper La grande i is an Italian company operating in the retail sector with more than 20 hypermarkets nationwide. We are looking for a dedicated Barista for our store in Milano Portello.
Responsibilities

Preparation of cold and hot dishes according to the food‑court recipes.
Cooking of items such as sandwiches, pizzas, first courses and second courses.
Management of the service counter, ensuring order and cleanliness.
Packaging of takeaway products.
Customer service with courtesy and professionalism.
Compliance with hygiene and food‑safety regulations.
Cleaning of workstations and equipment.

Requirements

Barista skills for preparing coffee, cappuccinos, espressos and other beverages.
Ability to operate various equipment such as ovens, microwaves, griddles and fryers.
Knowledge of allergens and food intolerances.
Comfort with public contact and stress‑management.
Previous experience as a food‑service assistant or similar role is an advantage.
Excellent communication and customer‑relation skills.
Capability to work autonomously and in a team.
Customer‑orientation and problem‑solving aptitude.
Availability to work on flexible shifts, including Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
