The ideal candidate will oversee team coordination, service excellence, and beverage quality, ensuring a refined guest experience aligned with Mangia’s hospitality standards.Responsibilities:Managing and coordinating the bar team, overseeing activities, discipline, professional appearance, and service quality to ensure guest satisfactionInspecting the work environment to ensure compliance with hygiene and safety regulationsAnticipating guest needs, responding promptly, and accommodating all requestsSupervising beverage preparation and ensuring the quality of the products servedKeeping up with international trends to define industry-standard expectationsRegularly inspecting storage areas to maintain cleanliness and organizationMonitoring beverage inventory to ensure adequate stock levelsLeading pre-shift briefings with team membersInspecting staff grooming and attire, addressing any deficienciesPlanning work schedules and weekly shifts for the bar teamReviewing beverage sales and costs, and reconciling any accounting discrepanciesRequirements:Previous experience in the role within luxury hospitality or similar environmentsProficiency in French and EnglishExtensive knowledge of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beveragesFamiliarity with local and national regulations regarding alcohol serviceStrong skills in team management and inventory controlCustomer service orientationUnderstanding of basic accounting principles, personnel management, and marketingPrecision and attention to detailWhat we offer:Type of contract (permanent, annual, seasonal, etc.)Accommodation availableMeals providedCareer growth opportunities within the companyDynamic and collaborative work environmentOngoing training and access to professional development courses.
