The ideal candidate is passionate about expanding their expertise in wine, coffee and cocktails, and committed to delivering luxury service in a culture that fosters collaboration and continuous learning.YOUR RESPONSIBILITIESCreate a warm and inviting experience by delivering First Class Service that reflects RH’s standards of hospitalityPrepare and present cocktails, wine, spirits, and coffee with consistent quality, accuracy, and attention to detailUphold quality and consistency by adhering to RH’s recipe and service standards for all beveragesEngage guests with informed, thoughtful guidance on beverage offerings, including pairings and seasonal selectionsMaintain the cleanliness, curation, and organization of the Bar, storage areas, and related service spacesStock, replenish, and rotate bar inventory, including bottles, mixers, glassware, and garnishes, to support uninterrupted serviceServe as a brand ambassador by engaging warmly with guests, modeling polished personal presentation, and demonstrating deep knowledge of RH’s full menu, with a focus on beverage offeringsSupport the flow of service with a “Full Hands In, Full Hands Out” mindset, anticipating guest and team needs and clearing service items as neededPartner with location leadership to perform regular beverage inventory and contribute to achieving service and financial goalsOUR REQUIREMENTS2+ years of experience in beverage production or service, including knowledge of wine, coffee, and/or cocktailsProficiency in English, due to the international nature of our business and the need to communicate with global teamsLegal authorization to work in the country of application at the time of hireMeets the minimum legal age required to serve alcohol, work designated shifts, and perform the full scope of kitchen responsibilities, in accordance with local labor and safety regulationsCommitment to high standards of personal appearance, including adherence to uniform guidelines, grooming, and hygiene practices, to ensure a professional presentation to guestsFlexibility to work weekends, holidays, and variable shifts as neededPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTSFrequent stooping, bending, and reaching, both overhead and below counter heightLifting or moving items up to 25 kgs using appropriate equipment and safe handling techniquesStanding and walking for extended periods as part of daily work activitiesSafely ascending and descending stairs, with or without carrying food, beverages, or service equipmentNavigating low-lit, busy bar and service areas with attention to safety and controlCommitment to proper safety and sanitation practices in a commercial kitchen environment
