Position: Technical/Banking Back Office
Job Description
The resource will take on the role of Technical/Banking Back Office (telephone-based), responsible for the operational management of banking and telematic processes, ensuring proper monitoring of payment flows between European circuits and providing technical support to banks. The role requires accuracy, problem-solving skills, and language proficiency.
Typical Activities
Monitoring payment flows
Controlling transactions between national and European banking circuits
Verifying accuracy and timeliness of movements
Managing anomalies and technical or operational incidents
Participating in “war rooms” for urgent issues
Providing technical support to banks for payment system‑related problems
Coordinating with internal teams and technology providers
Creating operational and control reports
Ensuring compliance with regulations and security standards
Using banking software and monitoring tools
Updating data and internal procedures
Requirements
Excellent knowledge of English (written and spoken), as all activities will be carried out in English
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
Familiarity with IT tools and monitoring systems
Availability to work night shifts and on holidays
What We Offer
Full-time contract (40 hours) for an initial 6‑month period, with possibility of extension
Start date: mid‑January 2026
On‑the‑job training to acquire specific skills
Full remote work after the training period
Service Hours: Night shift – Scheduled time slot between 8:00 PM and 6:00 AM, Monday to Sunday, including holidays.
