In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the daily activities of the backoffice department, ensuring efficient processing and a great experience for our clients.This is a fixed-term contract (12 months).Day-to-Day ResponsibilitiesHandle customer requests in a timely and professional mannerProcess credit card transactions and verify their correct executionContinuously monitor transaction management processes and report any issues or inefficienciesCollaborate with the technical support team to resolve any technical issuesKeep transaction management process records and statistics up to dateEnsure compliance with company policies and proceduresWho Are We Looking ForWe look for big thinkers.
