Our company specializes in the international road transport sector, offering a broad spectrum of services including toll and parking payments, ferry and train bookings, VAT and Excise claims, telematics, representation for foreign truck drivers, and fuel cards.With offices in many countries and around 500 dedicated colleagues, we have created a service-oriented European network.You will work in a dynamic environment as part of a diverse and international team.We are expanding our Operations team in Italy, Cesena, sharing the office with experienced colleagues. As a Back Office Operations team member, reporting directly to the Operations Manager, your main responsibilities will include:Tracking orders and ensuring customer compliance within agreed timelinesSupporting the Front OfficeEnsuring good cooperation between Front and Back Office teams and other departmentsActivating/deactivating contracts with providersActivating/deactivating network connectionsRegistering new vehicles and storing vehicle documentationChanging license plate numbersOrdering new devices/cards and monitoring their shipmentEntering data accuratelyProcessing OBU complaints and registering their statusResponding timely to requests from providers or Product ManagersPreparing technical reports on provider complaintsAdditionally, you will participate in rebate campaigns.Profile:At least 2 years of relevant experienceAbility to work under high stressExcellent verbal and written communication skills in English and another European languagePragmatic and solution-oriented approachGood knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)Structured and organizedPreferred background in Truck Transportation.Employment Type: Full-time
