Bulgari Italia, within its prestigious flagship store in Roma, Via Condotti, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Back-Office Manager.
The Back-Office Manager is responsible for ensuring seamless and efficient store operations, coordinating the Store Administrators’ team. This role oversees the execution of relevant processes with the ultimate goal of achieving the highest standards of operational excellence, thereby guaranteeing a flawless client journey.
Accountabilities
Team Management

Lead and manage the team of Store Administrators, providing clear guidance and fostering a collaborative and supportive environment, in close collaboration with the sales team.
Provide regular performance feedback and coaching, promoting a positive work environment.
Develop and implement training programs on store processes and procedures, ensuring alignment with corporate guidelines and promoting continuous improvement.

Support Sales & Enhance Client Experience

Provide comprehensive support to the sales team by ensuring store operations processes are executed smoothly and efficiently, and that all necessary tools and resources are properly set up and readily available.
Working in close collaboration with Deputy Store Managers, contribute to enhancing the overall client experience by proactively identifying and addressing operational inefficiencies and implementing solutions to improve service delivery.
Supervise and optimize store inventory cycles, taking proper corrective actions (if needed) to maintain optimal stock levels.
Oversee product receiving processes and efficiently manage discrepancies.
Proactively monitor logistics operations, including shipments, providing timely status updates, and ensuring prompt communication with the sales team.

Oversee Store Operations & Systems Maintenance

Address IT/system and maintenance issues by coordinating effectively with external suppliers and providing regular updates to the Store Director.
Manage relationships with external suppliers (e.g., security, cleaning services), and monitoring their performance

Safety and Security

Enforce company policies and procedures related to loss prevention, security, and health and safety regulations.

Qualifications / Professional Capabilities

Minimum of 4/5 years' experience in a similar managerial position within a luxury retail environment.
In-depth knowledge of store procedures and processes.
Proven track record in achieving operational excellence.
Knowledge of CRM techniques and tools.
Proficiency in store operation applications
Fluency in both Italian and English is essential
