Job Description:

We are seeking a candidate for a company in Alessandria, specialized in medical devices, for the role of Order Accounting and Tender Management Officer.
The selected candidate will liaise with the administrative and commercial departments to support order accounting and assist in preparing tender documentation. Main activities include:

Pre-accounting of orders: verification, registration, and coding of commercial orders for accounting purposes;
Registration of active invoices and customer accounting;
Preparation and management of transport documents in compliance with fiscal and logistical regulations;
Supervision of tenders: providing technical-administrative support in document preparation, requirement verification, deadline monitoring, and follow-up.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in administrative and accounting roles and possess analytical skills aimed at optimizing business processes.
Requirements:

Diploma in Accounting or Degree in Economic Fields;
Excellent proficiency in Excel;

Offer:

Contract: Fixed-term or permanent contract directly with the company;
Full-time work from Monday to Friday;
Salary: 26,000 to 28,000 EUR depending on experience, plus an annual MBO of 1,000 EUR;
Location: Alessandria.
