MSC Cruises is part of the Cruise Division of MSC Group. The contemporary brand operates a modern fleet, with new vessels launching in 2025–2027. We are looking for a motivated and skilled Business Analyst to join our Digital Technology department. You will contribute to strategic initiatives within our B2C channel, supporting the transformation of our digital platforms.We are seeking a BA who will help transform B2C channels and marketing ecosystems, with responsibilities across requirements gathering, analysis, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.ResponsibilitiesGather and analyze requirements raised by business stakeholders that impact B2C channelsTranslate requirements into technical, structured functional specifications and user stories for the development teamCollaborate closely with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and technical teamsParticipate in PI Planning and Agile ceremonies under the SAFe frameworkContribute to the transformation stream focused on enhancing digital channels and marketing ecosystemsWork closely with stakeholders to define B2C functional and technical requirementsManage and refine product backlog using Jira and document outcomes in ConfluenceSupport workshops and co-design sessions with tools such as MiroCreate flow diagrams, concept maps, and structured documentation to support requirement clarity and traceabilityPerform basic API testing (e.g., with Postman) to validate and refine requirementsMonitor and interpret product KPIs such as Core Web Vitals, collaborating with stakeholders to understand business KPIFamiliarity with performance monitoring and observability tools such as Dynatrace and Splunk, with understanding of customer-centric metrics like NPSContribute to continuous improvement of Agile delivery processes within the SAFe frameworkQualificationsBachelor's degree (or equivalent) in IT Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or Project ManagementProven experience as a Business Analyst, ideally within digital environmentsStrong understanding of Agile methodologies, preferably within SAFeTechnical skills to support analysis, including API interaction and validation (e.g., Postman)Basic knowledge of web technologies (HTML, REST, CSS) and basic programming knowledge of frameworks such as React, Vue.js, Node.js, and jQueryUnderstanding of system architecture, integration patterns, and API gateway / orchestration layers (e.g., Layer7, MuleSoft)Proficiency in requirement visualization and documentation tools such as Miro, Lucidchart, Draw.io, VisioHands-on experience with Jira and ConfluenceExperience in identifying, orchestrating, and tracking end-to-end delivery activitiesExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to work independently and collaborativelyAble to manage complex stakeholder interactions and drive satisfaction and loyaltyAdaptable in communication style to stakeholder needs; able to simplify complex ideas for different audiencesAbility to say no to stakeholders with valid reasoning; experience guiding stakeholders on solution optionsMay present as a functional expert in a productClear and effective communication skills; ability to document business requirements preciselyFluency in Italian and English (written and spoken)Basic experience with Content Management Systems (CMS)Knowledge of the Adobe ecosystem (e.g., Adobe Experience Manager) is a plusAvailability to travel occasionally (up to 10% of working days annually)Visa RequirementsRight to work in ItalyOur commitmentWe are committed to building a diverse, inclusive environment where guests and employees feel valued and empowered.
