Italy B2B Key Account Manager eMobility
MISSION
Develop the Free2Move eSolutions B2B business in Italy focusing on :
serving as the eMobility solution counterpart for the Stellantis B2B KAM organization;
acquiring customers outside Stellantis, including distributors, wholesalers, and installers;
observing market trends and translating them into concrete commercial actions;
following quantitative volume targets;
developing B2B partnerships within the eMobility ecosystem;
ensuring Free2move eSolutions' competitiveness in both hardware and software & services;
bringing profitability to the business.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Propose a relevant and competitive offer for B2B customers in the market;
support Free2move eSolutions in the market to make new partnerships within the energy ecosystem and to develop new services;
represent Free2move eSolutions to local ecosystem, dealers, hardware installers and CPOs;
managing B2B customer satisfaction and taking actions to improve NPS;
identify new customers for existing hardware and software solutions;
define with Stellantis brands the specific strategies and main product requirements for B2B customers;
strong relations with colleagues in charge of B2C and B2B development in other F2MeS countries.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
Proven track record in managing B2B sales in the field of eMobility
Comprehensive understanding of the eMobility market
Ability to work in a complex environment
Results and customer oriented
Familiarity with charging technologies in general and field-proven experience with BEV and PHEV vehicles
Fluent in English
PLACE OF WORK : Milan or Turin
The profile will report directly to the Free2Move eSolutions Country Manager Italy & Poland
