Role Overview
We are hiring a B2B Digital Sales Specialist with native-level Italian and solid cold calling experience to join an international tech-focused sales environment. This is a full-time hybrid role based in Sofia offering a stable base salary, performance bonus, and relocation support.
Responsibilities
Conduct outbound cold calling to identify, qualify, and engage business leads.
Apply structured business development and lead qualification methodologies.
Build, manage, and develop a consistent sales pipeline.
Understand customer needs and propose tailored digital solutions.
Contribute directly to revenue growth and sales targets.
Requirements
Native-level Italian (mandatory) and fluent English.
Minimum 2 years of B2B cold calling sales experience.
Solid knowledge of business development, lead generation, and qualification.
Experience in tech SaaS or digital advertising is highly desirable.
Strong communication skills and a results‑driven proactive mindset.
What We Offer
Full‑time contract Monday to Friday (09:00 – 18:00).
Hybrid work model based in Sofia.
Gross monthly salary: 3 300 BGN plus bonus benefits.
Quarterly performance bonus: up to 2 000 BGN.
Relocation support, including company‑paid accommodation for the first 10 days or more, assistance in finding long‑term housing, possibility of salary advance if needed.
Affordable cost of living: fully furnished apartments of at least 40 m² available from around 200 EUR per month.
