We seek energy, creativity, curiosity, enthusiasm and judgment to inspire an environment of speed, pioneering technology, career opportunities, motivation and mutual development based on integrity and respect.ResponsibilitiesAs Avio Aero Brindisi HR Site Leader you will provide HR leadership at a stand-alone Avio Aero site and act as a member of the site leadership team. You will provide dedicated guidance and coaching to managers and employees within a complex business environment supporting multiple employee populations, products and customers with a specific focus on business growth and employee engagement.Lead and execute Union Relations strategies/plans and ensure they are integrated into the site business.Lead a team of employee HR managers and the site's HR strategy to fulfill business priorities.Model and reinforce behaviors that reflect our cultural aspirations, purpose and beliefs. Align HR processes, organizational structure and systems to deliver on our strategy, progress our desired culture and attract, retain and develop talent.Be an employee and business advocate. Promote the well-being of employees and ensure processes and practices uphold an ethical and respectful environment.Understand and balance compliance and local labor regulations with business priorities.Establish positive personal relationships by being credible, trustworthy and approachable. Support and coach others to best possible solutions. Maintain an independent point of view. Use technology to generate insightful analytics. Identify trends, anticipate outcomes and make data-based decisions. Participate in initiatives and projects that enable the business strategy.Qualifications / RequirementsMaster degree from an accredited university (ideally Law, HR, Economics).Held leadership roles in HR plant management of mid/high complexity.Sound experience of Union Relations, matured in previous similar positions.Proven coaching and change agent capabilities; proactive and self-starter.Ability to work independently and communicate with stakeholders across the organization. Comfortable with uncertainty and delivering in complex scenarios.Fluent in English and Italian.EU work permit.Desired CharacteristicsInternational experience.HR leadership program would be considered a plus.What We OfferSmart working and work-life balance.
