Responsibilities
You will provide remote technical support to service technicians and/or customers regarding diagnostic issues, repair procedures, and vehicle systems.
You will guide troubleshooting processes for complex electrical, mechanical, and software-related issues.
You will document support cases, resolutions, and recommended procedures in internal systems.
You will collaborate with engineering, product, or field service teams for escalated issues.
You will stay up to date with new vehicle technology, diagnostic methods, and service bulletins.
Qualifications
You have a technical degree, preferably in Electronics or Mechanical Engineering.
You know automotive electric/electronics systems, including vehicle architectures, vehicle busses and technologies in general.
You have a strong passion for cars and automotive business in general, with a special focus on new technologies, trends and innovation.
You have good planning and self-management skills, and you are used to achieving of goals in prearranged deadlines while balancing multiple demands and shifting priorities.
Good knowledge of English language (written and spoken).
