About The Role
As part of our team, you will manage customer inquiries, communicate with customers using different platforms. Your key tasks will be:

Provide diagnostic support
Analyze and understand technical issues and provide relevant recommendations
Offer explanations and insights on diagnostic procedures and the technical literature published by the Client
Ensuring customer satisfaction and manage follow-ups
Optimize follow-up processes to improve customer satisfaction

Qualifications
We would love to welcome a new colleague passionate about the automotive field, oriented to teamwork and taking the good dose of initiative to achieve results.

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar
Computer literacy, especially MS Office
Fluent level of English
Previous experience in contact with customers is considered a huge plus
Great problem-solving and communication skills
Experience of planning complex schedules of activities
