What We Expect From You

MSc degree in electrical, electronic, automotive engineering or similar
Proven experience in designing, developing, and integrating battery systems for automotive applications.
Ability to use simulation tools to predict battery performance and conduct data analysis is considered a plus.
Knowledge of the main standards, regulatory requirements, and guidelines related to the presented topic (ISO, ECE…)
Knowledge of requirements management tools (like IBM Doors, Polarion…) is a strong plus
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to battery systems, ensuring reliability and safety.
Work effectively with multidisciplinary teams to integrate battery systems into larger and international automotive projects.
English working proficiency is a must‑have
