If you like helping others as much as you like working on cars and enjoy solving problems as part of a team, Monro may be a destination for you.Destination Monro - Your Career is Here!ResponsibilitiesKeyholder Duties include but not limited toProvide excellent customer serviceSupervision of shop when Store Manager is not workingRunning end of day paperwork / cash handlingAssist the store manager in their duties and responsibilitiesMechanic duties include changing, mounting, and installing tiresWheel removal, tire repair and balance, tire patch/plug repairsQuick lube type duties such as lubrication and oil changeInspect and rotate tiresBasic automotive maintenance work such as battery installationWe will train you to do alignments, brake services, and scheduled maintenance servicesCompensationThe hourly range for this role is $16 - $18 based on experience. This role is eligible for additional compensation and incentives.
