You’ll drive preventive maintenance strategies, lead a skilled team, and collaborate across departments to keep innovation moving.What You’ll DoReporting to the Manufacturing Engineering Manager, you will:Define and implement maintenance strategies and objectivesLead and coordinate internal and external maintenance activitiesEnsure compliance with safety standards and foster a safety-first cultureManage spare parts and equipment availabilitySupport the development and testing of new equipmentCreate and maintain equipment master data in the maintenance systemDrive lean maintenance practices and continuous improvementOversee contractor management and performanceMonitor KPIs and control maintenance-related costsShare and implement best practices across the organizationWho You AreYou hold a technical degreeYou bring 5+ years of experience in maintenance, including 3+ years in leadership rolesYou’re skilled in safety and risk management, lean methodologies, and maintenance toolsYou’re a strong communicator with a proactive, solution-oriented mindsetWhere you’ll beYou’ll be based at our global Food Preservation hub in Susegana, just an hour from Venice.
