The main focus of the role will be:Perform Installation, start‐up, commissioning and test of Sidel’s high complex Equipments supplied to customers’ plantsPerform technical assistance during and after warranty period of high complex machines and troubleshooting in case of technical issuesSupport internal and external qualification of prototypes and technical modifications.Your MissionStart up, commissioning, test and services on Fillers of high complexity.Technical assistance onsite during and after warranty period for high complex machinesIntervention on site in case of technical issues that require a specific RCA & troubleshootingImprove personal competences on complete combi, trade associated equipments and line equipmentsSupport in the workshop for internal qualification of prototypes (run-off, assembly, test)Support onsite for external qualification of technical modifications and variantsResponsible of equipment performances at customer plant, based on technical, contractual and safety specificationsYour ProfileLevel Of Education And LanguagesEducation: Degree in Electrical Engineering and/or Technical professional qualificationLanguage requirements: Fluency in English is a must-have, a good level of French an advantage for your best local integration.Required Experience And SkillsExperience in assembly and testing of complex machinery or field and service activities or technical assistance would be an advantageDeep knowledge of automation devices (PLC, HMI devices focused on the motion control of the main brands as Allen Bradley, Elau/Schneider Electrics, B&R and Siemens) and communication networksCapable to manage stressful situationsOrganized, able to conceptualize ideas into professional reportsAttitude to problem solving (trouble shooting and RCA) and Customer orientedGood Interpersonal skills, especially ability to communicate with different target groups (technicians, customers, etc.)
