Job Description SummaryThe Aero Alliance (50/50 GE Vernova & Baker Hughes Joint Venture) Authorized Service Provider Value Stream Leader is responsible for defining and executing the global third-party channel partner strategy.Job DescriptionEssential Functions:Accountable for the third-party channel network strategy and financial performanceOwn long-term network and licensing strategy for third-party channels, including authorized service providers (ASPs), component repair providers (CRPs), and parts distributors (PDs)Drive contract negotiations, parts strategy, pricing strategy, digital technology enhancements, and service offering expansion in the segmentWork closely with Product Management, Asset Management, Repair Development and Productivity/Cost teams to define multi-generational plan, develop offerings, and implement growth strategy for third party segmentResponsible for Component Repair business development and sales to the Aeroderivative Authorized Service Providers (ASPs).Responsible for external senior partnership relationships with Authorized Service Providers (MTU, TCT, IHI, etc...)Provide clear direction and guidance to teams, aligning efforts with organizational goals and valuesMonitor progress and evaluate performance using key metrics; identify and resolve issues proactivelyQualifications For US Candidates OnlyBachelor's Degree in Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business or related field of study from an accredited college or universityMinimum of 10+ years of experience in Engineering, Product Management, Finance, Consulting or Commercial FunctionMinimum 5 years experience in Aeroderivative services, or related Technical, Commercial functionMinimum of 5 years of experience in leading in a matrix environmentFor NON US Candidates OnlyBachelor's Degree in Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business or related field of study from an accredited college or universityExtensive and proven years of experience in Engineering, Product Management, Finance, Consulting or Commercial FunctionSignificant years experience in Aeroderivative services, or related Technical, Commercial functionSignificant years of experience in leading in a matrix environmentFluency in EnglishDesired CharacteristicsKnowledge of Aeroderivative engines, modules, spare parts and repair servicesExperience in aviation/industrial segment working with third party channels or revenue share partner structuresSelf-directed with demonstrated problem solving skillsStrong data analytics and critical thinking skillsExperience building data driven business casesProject management experience, self-directed with demonstrated project execution skillsDisplays good interpersonal skills, and able to communicate well with internal and external customersDemonstrated ability to meet goals and objectivesDemonstrated success in leading high-performing teams and achieving goals.Excellent interaction with and between teams and ability to learn and adaptUnderstands business objectives and drives specific tasks required to meet the objectivesAnticipates customer needs and ensures that they are metMeasures processes and performance through the customer's eyesCommunicates messages clearly and conciselyAbout Us: Aero Alliance is a Joint Venture that serves three segments of customers – its two parent companies, Baker Hughes and GE Vernova, as well as the Authorized Service Providers (ASP) network.
