This is an exciting opportunity within an international, fast‑growing private equity firm based in Rome. The firm manages approximately €7 billion and focuses on leveraged buyouts, sustainable growth, and long‑term value creation.
Base pay range
Gross Annual Salary (RAL): €80,000 – €100,000 (commensurate with experience)
Bonus: Performance‑based annual bonus
Key Responsibilities

Lead market research and sector analysis to identify investment opportunities.
Coordinate commercial due diligence processes with external advisors.
Prepare investment memos and materials for the investment committee.
Manage relationships with entrepreneurs, advisors, and industry stakeholders.
Participate in board meetings of portfolio companies and contribute to defining strategic priorities.
Support the implementation of growth and value‑creation initiatives.

Skill and Experience

Fluency in English, German, and at least one other European language (preferably French, Spanish, or Italian).
2–4 years in strategic consulting, investment banking, or private equity.
Strong analytical and synthesis abilities.
Excellent knowledge of due diligence processes and company valuation.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
Entrepreneurial mindset, result‑oriented approach, and ability to work independently.
Availability for international travel.
