The opportunity
For our Service Business Unit based in Lodi, we are looking for an Associate Service Project Manager who will be responsible for leading the execution of projects and ensuring that all related activities are executed in accordance with company procedures, contract specifications, quality standards, health, safety & environment requirements, cost/profitability targets, and scheduling targets.
How You’ll Make An Impact
Define, jointly with the Project Controls department, all project plan documents, including scope and financial plans, schedule, and risk management plans.
Ensure that the project follows execution best practices and company policies. Effectively monitor and control project progress and resource utilization. Oversee project financials, invoicing, costs, expenses, and cash flow. Manage risks and pursue opportunities. Share lessons learned. Ensure formal project closure and customer acknowledgment.
Apply contract and claims management in accordance with policies and contractual agreements. Coordinate procurement with Supply Chain Management. Support negotiations, claims, and project changes.
Act as the main contact for the customer and an escalation point for project issues. Maintain strong stakeholder relationships and communicate effectively.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental policies.
Your background
Engineering degree.
Fluent in English and Italian.
Good problem-solving and communication skills.
PMI/PMP certification is a plus.
SAP knowledge is a plus.
At least 1-2 years of project management experience is preferred.
