Associate, ML Data Operations, GO-AI OperationsThis team enables automation at Amazon Robotics Fulfillment centers by providing real-time and offline data auditing services, supporting fulfillment centers in maintaining inventory accuracy.An Associate in this role watches videos of stowing actions, understands them thoroughly, and uses human judgement in combination with tools to indicate the activity captured, verifying product locations while maintaining high accuracy.Key Responsibilities:Watch several hundred videos in a shift, providing responses with high accuracy and speed, aiding defect reduction.Follow goals on accuracy, speed, and acceptable practices, taking breaks at pre-defined slots and working 6.8 to 7 hours per day.Candidate Requirements:Willingness to work in a non-tech role for a contract duration of 6 months.Ability to audit image/video/text-based jobs and identify details from blurry videos.Ability to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts, and be an exceptionally good team player.A day in the life of an Associate involves working in a 24x7 environment with rotational shifts, including pre-scheduled breaks, and subject to change every 3-4 months or as per business requirement.About the Team:The Data Auditing Operations team provides human support to Amazon Fulfillment facilities, enabling hands-free active stowing through visual audits on videos/images, increasing the effectiveness of automated processes and maintaining stow quality at fulfillment centers.Basic and Preferred Qualifications:Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status.
