Our activities include acquisition, asset management, repositioning, (re)development and disposal of real estate.Reporting to the Regional Head of Investment Management in Italy, the figure is responsible for enhancing the performance of the portfolio through sustainable strategies and by leveraging on unique PATRIZIA’s capabilities.Key Responsibilities :Develop the strategy for the assets in your portfolio, comprising an ESG action plan, concluding DCF / NPV calculations, scenario and hold-sell analysisProactively manage value add projects including repurposing / repositioning of assetsOptimise the letting within the managed portfolioMonitor investment performance and relevant asset KPIsAssess risks and ensure compliance with legal and financial regulationsProactively drive (digital & technical) innovation to enhance the value of the managed portfolioIdentify attractive investment opportunities and understand market trendsSupport the sales and acquisition process in order to achieve investment objectivesReview and challenge valuationsCollaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g., Fund Managers, ESG Team)Steer and monitor external partners (e.g., Property Managers, Letting Agents, Lawyers)Key Requirements / Skills / Experience :Bachelor’s or master’s degree preferably in real estate, law or business economicsMinimum 3 years’ work experience in real estateAffinity with transactions and / or asset managementUnderstanding of financial practices applied to real estateWell informed of local legislation applicable to real estateExcellent knowledge of the Italian real estate markets and relevant networkReady to travelStrong communication and negotiation capabilitiesResilient and well organised multi-tasker and team playerComfortable within an evolving and international environmentProactive, flexible and assertiveStrong Microsoft Office Skills (Excel, Power Point)Fluent in English (both written and spoken)What do we offer?Competitive and performance-oriented compensation packageTwo additional days off for volunteeringMobile working arrangementSkill building and learning opportunities, like PATRIZIA-Academy and mentorshipIntercultural and international environmentHealth and wellbeing benefitsNext-Generation initiatives and ED&I councilSounds like you?If you want to create a better tomorrow with us, we want to hear from you via our job portal ().
