Overview
We are seeking an Associate Brand Manager to join our Italian team on a fixed-term contract (12 months) to cover a maternity leave. In this role, you will support the development and execution of the local strategy for TTR amyloidosis, reporting directly to the Marketing Director. You will collaborate closely with cross‑functional partners to ensure strong execution, alignment, and communication between the Italian and regional teams.
You Will

Support the local team in adapting the brand strategy to the Italian market context.
Drive and track focused execution of cross‑functional activities.
Partner with the Marketing Director to ensure operational excellence across initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Contribute to the development of the Brand Plan and support the execution of marketing initiatives for commercialised medicines.
Provide operational support for the launch of an RNAi therapy in the amyloidosis space.
Engage with the international team to adapt and localise promotional and disease awareness materials (e.g., translation, production, and distribution).
Engage with external agencies and vendors to deliver activities such as congresses, educational events, and local marketing materials.
Engage with the local field team for the delivery and deployment of tactics.
Assist in the planning and execution of multichannel marketing activities, while contributing ideas for innovative approaches.
Collaborate with cross‑functional partners (Medical, Commercial, Regulatory, Legal, Compliance) to ensure timely and compliant project execution.
Build and maintain effective working relationships with internal stakeholders, fostering a positive and collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences (Master’s or Ph.D. considered a plus).
Initial experience or strong interest in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or related industries.
Interest in digital and multichannel marketing; prior exposure is an advantage.
Fluency in Italian and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organisational and project coordination abilities, with attention to detail.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet challenging deadlines.
Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills.
Proactive, curious, and highly motivated to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.
