You will lead project teams in supporting Private Capital investors and portfolio companies across the entire investment lifecycle — from pre-deal strategy and transaction execution to post-deal value creation and exit planning.You will be responsible for structuring and delivering high-impact client engagements, managing junior team members, and contributing to business development efforts. You will bring a strong combination of financial acumen and client management skills to help our clients unlock value and drive sustainable performance, as well as providing mentorship and guidance to junior team members.ResponsibilitiesSupporting Consultants and senior team members in the execution of key workstreams, contributing to overall project successConducting research and analysis on markets, value chains, and competitive positioning to support strategic recommendationsDeveloping financial models to support decision-makingContributing to the execution of transaction support activities, including commercial and financial due diligence, in the context of acquisitions, exits, or capital raisesAssisting in the preparation of investment and divestment materials, including equity storiesWho we are looking forWe are seeking young professionals with a strong foundation in financial analysis. Experience in Transaction Advisory or Investment Banking is welcome.
