Your Mission :

Lead and inspire a team of 9 people, ensuring excellence in both front and back of house operations.
Drive performance through passion, accountability, and a culture of ownership.
Oversee all boutique operations – from KPIs, CRM, and after-sales to reporting and visual standards.
Collaborate cross-functionally with SM, Retail, VM, and Buying teams to elevate store performance.
Analyze sales trends and propose innovative business actions to exceed targets and enhance profitability.
Act as a true Brand Ambassador, embodying the house values and delivering an exceptional client experience.

Your Profile :

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Assistant Store Manager, Concession Manager, or Floor Manager within a Luxury or Premium brand.
Proven expertise in women’s RTW and a deep understanding of luxury clientele expectations.
Strong leadership skills with experience in team development, coaching, and talent growth.
Proficient in KPI management, CRM, clienteling, merchandising, and inventory control.
Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
