Our Assistant GM will play a key role in driving great service, supporting our staff, and ensuring daily operations run smoothly.ResponsibilitiesSupport the GM in overseeing daily operations, service flow, and staff performanceLead pre-shift meetings, motivate the team, and foster a positive cultureMonitor guest experience, ensuring high service standards at all timesAssist with scheduling, inventory, and financial targetsCoordinate private events, promotions, and community engagement opportunitiesStep in as acting manager when GM is awayQualifications2+ years management experience in a full-service restaurant (Assistant GM, AGM, or FOH Manager level)Strong leadership and communication skillsA passion for hospitality, teamwork, and creating memorable guest experiencesAbility to manage financial goals, including labor and COGSBilingual (English / Spanish) a plus, but not requiredCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive salary: $25-$35/hr (based on experience) + performance bonusGrowth opportunities within our expanding hospitality groupDining discountsSupportive, family-oriented work environment
