Listed on the Milan Stock Exchange, Saipem operates in over 50 countries with approximately 30,000 employees of diverse nationalities.The company values diversity and inclusion, promoting conditions that remove obstacles to full expression and development of its employees, ensuring respectful and supportive work environments.In this position, the resource will be involved in:Asset Management & Efficiency: Drive initiatives to improve asset management cycles, optimizing technical and economic performance and maximizing utilization.Maritime Tools & Support: Provide support for maritime tools and systems, aiding vessel crew in navigation and system use.Vessel Support & Compliance: Support vessel Master and Crew to ensure compliance with maritime regulations, certifications, and procedures.System Development & Improvement: Contribute to developing and enhancing the ISM (International Safety Management) system for asset and operational management.Technical Reporting & Analysis: Develop timely and accurate technical reports and analyses.Asset Integrity & Compliance: Assist in maintaining asset integrity systems to meet international maritime standards, including IMO, SOLAS, and MODU.Documentation Management: Manage vessel documentation, ensuring it is current and accessible.Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree in Naval Engineering or Maritime Affairs and Regulation.Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Access, PowerBi, SharePoint).Strong written and spoken English skills.Willingness to travel abroad for missions.IT Skills:Interest in digital tools, software development, and applications for maritime operations and asset management.Interest in data analysis and reporting systems.Interest or experience in predictive and condition-based maintenance approaches.Knowledge of big data analysis and system integration.Labour relationship: permanent contract.Years of experience:0 - 2 years of experience.Privacy Policy:All interested candidates (L.903 / 03) are invited to consult the privacy policy in accordance with Articles 13 and 14 of GDPR.J-18808-Ljbffr
