OverviewAsset Management and Investment Funds Associate – Milan office. We are looking for smart and talented associates (up to 4 years PQE) to join the Asset Management and Investment Funds (AMIF) practice.At K&L Gates, the ideal candidate will have experience in regulatory and transactional work related to fund formation, fund extraordinary transactions, units and share deals, management company replacements, and related authorization procedures before supervisory entities.
