Key Responsibilities Undertake general and basic social compliance assessments based on LRQA social compliance assessment procedures and specific client expectations outlined in Field Instruction (FI). Deliver quality reports according to LRQA and client protocols and timelines. Maintain knowledge of LRQA social compliance assessment procedures and local labor laws. Interact primarily with internal team members, such as training, coordinators, and administrative staff. Work with team members (co-assessors) to accomplish tasks during on-site assessments and reporting processes. Adhere to all company policies relating to integrity and confidentiality of information. Ensure schedule adherence, maintain high integrity on-site, and prevent bribery attempts. Perform other assignments as needed. Candidate Requirements Education and Professional Background: A university degree (graduate level or higher) with a specialization in Labor Law, Human Resources, Social Work, Occupational Health and Safety, or Environmental Studies. Sufficient professional experience to meet LRQA auditor expectations. Legal and Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of relevant laws and standards related to labor compliance, including regional issues requiring cultural sensitivity. Auditing Expertise: Proven ability to conduct supplier compliance assessments, including confidential worker interviews, employment record reviews, and wage tests. Language Skills: Proficiency in Italian (mandatory) and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills. Travel and Time Management: Willingness and ability to travel extensively and frequently, with excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently under varying conditions.
