Job Description
We are looking for two Assembly Line Workers with a hands-on and proactive approach, capable of actively participating in the daily operations of furniture assembly. The role is set within a dynamic production environment, requiring a constant presence on the shop floor and strong teamwork skills, supporting not only the execution but also the coordination of tasks when needed.
Main Responsibilities

Assemble furniture components according to production instructions and quality standards.
Handle materials and tools required for assembly operations.
Ensure the correct use of equipment and maintain a clean and organized workstation.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks.
Perform quality checks on assembled products and report any issues.
Support inventory management by reporting material usage and needs.
Follow safety procedures and contribute to a safe working environment.

Requirements

Previous experience in assembly or production roles, preferably in furniture or metalworking industries.
Basic understanding of technical drawings and assembly instructions.
Manual dexterity and familiarity with hand and power tools.
Practical attitude, reliability, and ability to work in a team.
Basic knowledge of workplace safety and organization.
Willingness to work in a fast-paced and physically active environment.
