Responsibilities

Build and grow a complex team of semiconductor professionals.
Lead the development of new integrated material chips.
Manage multidisciplinary teams across digital design, analog design, mixed‑signal, verification, applications engineering, and physical design.

Qualifications

Experience managing multi‑functional semiconductor teams.
Background in R&D with advanced process technologies.
Knowledge of silicon IP/chip development.
Fluency in English (Italian advantage).
Visa sponsorship and relocation available for the right candidate.

Preferred Technical Expertise

Silicon‑Photonics, PICs, photonics, quantum, optical, GaN, SiGe, FinFET.
