What You Will Be Doing

Architecting AI‑Powered Workflows: Combining multiple AI tools, crafting prompts, and iterating on workflows using feedback from users and subject matter experts.
Developing Second Brains and Context Packs: Leveraging LLMs as subject matter experts to create and sustain documents that capture organizational insights and domain knowledge.
Architecting and deploying data structures that deliver contextual support for business logic, ensuring data models are both scalable and efficient.

Basic Requirements

A minimum of 4 years of software engineering experience.
Proven professional experience integrating LLMs into software products (building chatbots or using basic coding assistants does not meet this requirement).
Clear, demonstrable interest in EdTech.

Working with us
This is a full‑time (40 hours per week), long‑term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $100 USD/hour, which equates to $200,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
