Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets within the assigned area.Collaborate with the account manager to align sales strategies with company objectives.Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners, address customer concerns, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.Monitor product stocks in the assigned area and coordinate with the account manager to allocate resources.Stay updated on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and risks.Prepare regular sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports.WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FORAt least 3 years of experience with a proven record of achieving sales targets (1+ years of store or people management experience).Bachelor’s degree or higher in economics, business administration, or related fields.Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive informed decision-making.Goal-oriented, proactive, and consistent in action.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.Good knowledge of MS Office.Fluent in English and Italian; Fluent Chinese preferred.Daily Work: Goal SplittingCoordinate with platform goals, communicate points of difference, and provide feedback on adjustments.Follow up on goals through daily regional meetings to review progress.Training ManagementDevelop training plans in conjunction with platform training, promote training efforts, and ensure standards are met through spot checks.Display ManagementPlan material coverage with the platform, promote material deployment, and gather feedback.Team Member ManagementHumanistic CareEmpower new employees through training to help them quickly adapt to the business.Please read the privacy notice.Location: Sales Area Manager, Pavia, Lombardia, Italia
