Area Sales Manager – Spain, Italy & Latam
Based at the Italian headquarters in Cesena, with frequent travel.

Role Overview
Develop and expand markets to increase revenue.
Identify, acquire, and develop new customers and business opportunities, converting them into profitable sales.
Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing, maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
Define and execute market strategies for assigned countries in collaboration with the sales team.
Consult with customers to understand their needs and translate these into tailored value propositions.
Negotiate and close deals with the support of the sales team.
Build and maintain relationships with dealers, distributors, and agents to expand the sales network.
Oversee contract execution and ensure proper follow-up with cross-functional teams.
Represent the company at trade fairs and industry events.
Report sales performance and market insights to the Operations Manager of the Italian BU.
Candidate Profile
Hunter, with strong international sales experience.
At least 3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in industrial automation systems for fresh produce or food processing machinery.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automation, Technology, Ag Tech, Horticulture, or related fields, or equivalent experience.
Technical affinity, knowledge of machinery, and familiarity with the fruit and vegetable sector are assets.
Proficient in MS Office; experience with CRM systems like Salesforce is a plus.
Fluent in Spanish and Italian; good command of English; additional European languages are advantageous.
