This position does not involve managing people or teams but is really focused on developing the sales market in this region.If you are interested, please submit your CV in English and be prepared to have interviews in English language as we work with an international team.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute a comprehensive sales plan for the regionIdentify and acquire new customers to expand our market presence in the central and south of ItalyBuild and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure long-term business growthDemonstrate and present process analytical technology and related accessories to prospective clientsMonitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisionsWillingness to travel in the region up to 70% visiting clients (occasionally abroad for team meetings or training)QualificationsAt least 3 years of sales experience with proven track record in technical sales, ideally within process automation or sensor technologyTechnical education in a STEM matter (electronics, chemistry biology or similar)Experience in pharmaceutical industry is an advantage, but not essentialKnowledge regarding process sensors used in the above-mentioned industries' processes is an advantageYou are technology savvy (Microsoft office, CRM systems, etc.)You are customer focused and build and sustain positive and collaborative relationships with your customers (internal and external)You are a self-motivated person and a team player with strong communication skillsYou are used to organize your work independently and in international teams as an integral part of itYou speak Italian and are fluent in English, written and spoken (C1 certificate)We offer a motivating working environment, various leisure activities and modern working conditions.
