The role involves close collaboration with local distributors to ensure strong sales performance and sustainable business growth. The ideal candidate will be accountable for achieving volume, product mix, and revenue targets in line with company commercial policies.Your core activitiesGrow the customers portfolio through prospecting and loyalty-building activities.Manage commercial negotiations, defining volumes, sales conditions, and revenue goals.Support distributor strategies and initiatives to drive performance and growth.Conduct regular visits to markets and customers to understand local dynamics.Monitor and report competitor activities and strategies within the area.Attend most relevant trade fairs and events to enhance brand awareness and generate new business opportunities.What we are looking forSolid understanding of multi-channel distribution models.Previous experience in the cycling industry or sporting goods industry is preferred.Passion for cycling, either professionally or recreationally.Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.Commercial acumen with the ability to analyse distributor financials and KPIs.APPLY NOW, DRIVE YOUR FUTURE!
