Responsibilities: Create and manage a commercial network within the region. Train agents on sales methodologies and guidelines established by the company. Support the sales team through periodic coaching. Motivate the sales network to achieve individual and team targets. Requirements: Previous experience in the electricity and gas sector. Experience in creating and managing sales networks within the utilities sector. Immediate availability and full-time commitment. Determination to achieve revenue targets for assigned tasks.
