Job DescriptionSentra Energia S.p.A., a direct supplier of electricity and gas in the free market, is expanding its commercial structure across the national territory and is seeking to hire 1 Area Manager to join the company.The selected candidate will be responsible for:Creating and managing a sales network within the region.Communicating sales methodologies and guidelines defined by the company to agents.Supporting the sales network with periodic training and guidance.Motivating the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.RequirementsPrevious experience in the Electricity and Gas sector.Commercial experience in creating and managing sales networks in the utilities sector.Immediate availability and full-time commitment.Determination to meet revenue targets for assigned tasks.OfferMonthly fixed salary plus a highly incentivizing variable component based on team and individual performance, including commissions on the team's monthly production and recurring income from the client portfolio within the area.Company car, fuel card, company PC, and phone.Bonus for achieving targets.Dedicated CRM to monitor contract progress.Ongoing support in recruiting coordinators and agents to be evaluated and potentially incorporated into the team.Possibility of opening a regional office at the company's expense in the medium term.Employment contract to be agreed upon.Applicants should send their CV only if they meet the specified requirements.This announcement is addressed to all genders, in accordance with laws 903/77 and 125/91.
