We are looking for a dynamic, results-oriented Area Manager to lead Outbound operations (collection, packaging, and shipping) in our distribution center. This role directly manages 50-100 associates and requires a balance between strategic thinking, operational execution, and people leadership.This position will operate in a distribution center environment with exposure to varying temperatures depending on the season and location.
