Responsibilities

Supervision of sales personnel and operational support to the commercial network.
Management and development of existing clients, identification of new business opportunities.
Monitoring of commercial performance and reporting of KPI to management.
Collaboration with marketing and logistics offices to optimize commercial campaigns and deliveries on territory.

Qualifications

Previous experience in managing commercial teams or sales areas.
High school diploma or degree.
Driver’s license for travel.
Leadership, organizational and strategic planning skills.
Strong results orientation and sales performance.
Excellent relational and negotiation skills.
