Who Wevent gotWere seeking a hands-on, results-driven professional to take ownership of dealer network development and performance across a defined territory (Northern or Southern Italy). Youll be the brands front line in the field n opening new dealerships, driving commercial results, and ensuring consistent retail execution. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on the road, builds strong relationships, and understands what it takes to scale a network from the ground up.What Youll Dolaunch and develop dealerships in your territory, ensuring full alignment with brand standards and commercial goals.Drive sales growth by working closely with dealers to hit volume targets, track KPIs, and activate improvement plans.Work in close synergy with marketing, CRM, and after-sales teams to boost showroom performance and customer retention.Ensure that retail environments reflect the brand identity and deliver exceptional customer experiences.Coach and support dealers with best practices, performance incentives, and field visits, acting as both a partner and a challenger.Provide structured reporting and insights to HQ ith market feedback, KPI analysis, and tactical recommendations.Support local execution of product launches, digital / CRM initiatives, and retail marketing campaigns.QualificationsYou have solid experience as an Area Manager, Zone Manager, or Field Sales Leader in the automotive sector, ideally with exposure to both established and emerging brands.You understand dealer operations end-to-end: from showroom flow to aftersales, from lead management to delivery.Youre highly analytical and data-driven, but also know how to make fast, pragmatic decisions on the field.Youre a strong communicator and relationship-builder, able to motivate, challenge, and support dealer teams.Youre fluent in Italian and English oth spoken and written.Youre willing and able to travel frequently within your territory -you feel at home on the road.You thrive in a fast-paced, agile, entrepreneurial environment, where priorities shift quickly and impact is immediate.What We OfferAttractive base salary plus performance bonus, plus company car or allowance device support.A unique opportunity to shape a new brands presence in the Italian market, with direct visibility to senior leadership.A cross-functional, collaborative culture that values initiative, performance, and smart execution.Preferred location: Milan / Rome / Naples y with nationwide travel as needed.About the CompanyChery MotorsSince founded, Chery has always pursued a technology-driven strategy, creating a vehicle brand with international competitiveness and influence as its corporate vision.
