Nitto EMEA - where vision meets impact.Currently, we are hiring for Nitto Italia s.r.l. .Our PositionAs an Area Account Manager you will build a deep relationship with your customers (mainly converter/distributor partners and direct customers within industrial markets) and you will make sure to offer Nitto's solutions in multiple ways.Account Planning: Develop and implement an account plan with objectives, forecasts, and budget, aligned with business plans and sales management. Regularly update the plan based on trends and developments.Customer Relationship Management: Maintain and build relationships with customers through regular visits, monitor their performance, and act as a business partner. Ensure follow-up actions are taken.New Business Development: Identify and realize new business opportunities, develop new customer relationships, and ensure business deals are formalized into contracts.Market and Needs Analysis: Analyze customer needs and market developments, including new technologies and competition, and report findings internally.Stakeholder Mapping: Develop and maintain relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.Reporting: Ensure periodic quantitative and qualitative reports are prepared according to defined formats and procedures.Your ProfileArea Account Managers are key listeners towards our customers!
