About The Role
Based within our Milan office and working within the Operations function, we’re looking for an ARC Back Office to join our Operations Team. The role is responsible for ensuring efficient administrative support and seamless back-office operations for our clients across Italy. You will contribute to delivering a best-in-class customer experience by accurately managing client requests, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring timely and precise resolution of any service or product-related issues.
Responsibilities
Customer Card Management: creation, compilation and updating of customer data in the management system.
Sales Team Support: assistance in preparing and verifying the information necessary for service activation.
Coordination with technicians: ensuring that all information is correct and up to date for the activation of video surveillance systems during installations.
Recurring operational checks: regular monitoring of active towers to ensure proper functioning and service integrity.
Analysis of operations centre performance: collection and reading of activity, efficiency and quality data.
Support for the operations centre (ARC): interface with the team to resolve anomalies, updates and optimisation of flows.
Collaboration with Customer Service: coordinated management of requests and tickets, ensuring a positive customer experience.
Management of customer requests: timely and accurate support for operational requests, changes or clarifications on installations and activations.
Qualifications

Ability to use technology: general ability to use MS Office and programmes; experience of using CRM systems (e.g., SalesForce) would be desirable but not essential.
