Overview
Randstad Italia, divisione Delivery Center Permanent is recruiting Assistant Store Manager apprentices to join the “Lidl 2 your career” training and work path.
Successful candidates will be hired on 27 October 2025 at the store in Genoa.
Contract and Training
Apprentice contract starting 27 October 2025.

Work: 3 weeks per month in the Lidl store, 1 week per month theoretical training at ITS Firenze.
Certifications: At the end of the program, obtain an ITS Diploma and a Certificate from the Italian Germanic Commerce Chamber.
Benefits: Full financing by Lidl and a regular monthly salary.

Annual salary: €18,000 - €22,000.
Requirements

Age 18-29 years.
High school diploma or professional diploma.
Availability to travel for ITS training.

Both genders (L.903 / 77).

Responsibilities
Collaborate with the Store Manager for optimal commercial and economic management of the store and serve as the point of reference for colleagues and customers.
