Role Description

Conduct implementations of Revvity products and applications related to mass spectrometry, primarily for the newborn screening.
Provide post‑sales application support in response to customer enquiries, including troubleshooting, data analysis, technical guidance, education, training and on‑site visits.
Develop new applications for Revvity LC‑MS/MS offerings to neonatal market.
Provide pre‑sales support ex. demonstrations, presentations, LC‑MS/MS method development, technical guidance and related activities, both internally and externally.
Prepare and present technical/scientific seminars to existing and potential customers.
Provide information and consultancy about our solutions, to internal and external customers.
Participation to NPI projects, collaborate with other internal functions, collaborate with external stakeholders (customer, distributor).

Role Requirements

Ph.D. or Master’s in Chemistry or Biochemistry.
Experience in a similar role.
5+ years of hands‑on experience with triple quadruple systems.
A strong understanding of small molecule LC‑MS/MS workflows and associated informatics, experience with clinical applications of mass spectrometry.
Experience in customer relationships.
Customer focused problem solver mindset, strong project and time management skills.
Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills in English, Italian language mandatory, other European language skills are considered as an advantage.
Willingness to travel up to 50 – 60 %.
