Social network you want to login / join with: We are looking for an Application Support Analyst who will be involved in the current and future delivery support and maintenance of ION and LIST services. You will play a key role in assisting customers both from technical and functional points of view.
Responsibilities
Manage and optimize existing and new application functions
Ensure the optimal use of the application by end-users
Monitor and control the quality of datasets daily
Be the point of contact for end-users and handle system issues
Perform incident management
Configure and test functionalities
Support the team in defining and analyzing user requirements
Develop and maintain functional documentation
Perform user training
Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in a financial or technical field is preferred
Experience of at least X years in a similar role in the fintech field
Basic knowledge of SQL
Client-focused attitude
Team player with strong communication and presentation skills
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
Ability to manage pressure
Good written and oral communication skills in English and Italian
EU Work Permit
Willingness to work shifts
Availability to work on weekends
