Application Specialist Laboratory Solutions - Campania, Italy (m/f/d)
Your role

Post-sales direct problem-solving through method applications or troubleshooting, activating the specific technical service or application support to achieve customer satisfaction.
Onsite instrument installation, customer training, and follow-up regarding Hemostasis, Hematology, and plasma protein.
Monitor system performance by measuring selected KPIs.
Identify and address new customer needs, providing direct support in cooperation with salespeople or via internal support channels.

Your expertise

Master’s degree in biology/biomedical laboratory techniques or biomedical engineering.
1–5 years of experience in similar roles.
Strong interactive communication, problem solving, and decision-making skills.
Excellent analytical and troubleshooting abilities with the capacity to communicate complex technical/clinical content clearly.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Willingness to travel.
Dynamic, proactive, with personal initiative to meet targets; curious with openness to learn and flexibility to move within the assigned region.
Ability to work independently and as part of a diverse team.
Good knowledge of MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, etc.).
