About this Position
Henkel
is looking for a skilled Specialist Application Engineer to provide expert adhesive technical support to flexible packaging clients across Italy and Greece. In this role, you will deliver innovative solutions for the flexible lamination market, collaborate with crossfunctional teams, and ensure top quality performance through lab and field projects. What you´ll do
Provide expert technical guidance to customers in the South Europe contest (primarily 80% Italy and around 20% Greece) by understanding their requirements and recommending appropriate solutions.
Support customers with lab-based and customer-facing projects, including performance validation, industrial trials, on-field support, data generation, and traveling within Europe.
Conduct product testing and evaluations to ensure solutions meet quality standards and client specifications.
Collaborate with cross-functional colleagues in sales, product development, marketing, and others to solve technical issues for our clients.
Inform our clients of Henkel’s products and service performance capabilities through technical support, reports and presentations.
Provide expert training programmes to our sales partners and clients to ensure the appropriate implementation of new products.
Establish and leverage external networks and partnerships with OEMs and represent Henkel on trade shows and industry trade associations.
What makes you a good fit
Degree in Chemistry, Engineering or related fields.
At least 3 years of experience in technical support for the flexible packaging market.
Problem solving skills and strong teamwork attidute.
Valuable project management skills.
Fluent Italian and English skills.
