Your Role And Responsibilities

Work closely with clients to develop relationships, understand their needs, earn their trust and show them how IBM's industry-leading solutions will solve their problems whilst delivering value to their business.
Craft client strategies for mainframe infrastructure and applications.
Define and detail IBM Stack solutions for client enhancement.
Deliver simplified proof of concepts and educate clients.
Build trust for closing complex Cloud technology deals.

Required Technical And Professional Expertise

Proven experience as a Full Stack Web Developer (4+ years), with a strong portfolio showcasing both front‑end and back‑end projects.
Solid experience in developing and integrating RESTful APIs using FastAPI or similar frameworks (Flask, Django REST Framework).
Excellent knowledge of Python (3+), with hands‑on experience building scalable APIs and backend services.
Strong experience with Java (11+), including Spring Boot, REST API design and development, Spring Cloud, Spring Data/JPA/Hibernate.
Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker, and container orchestration platforms like OpenShift or Kubernetes.
Strong understanding of data processing frameworks, especially Apache Spark, Hadoop, Hive, HBase, and Oozie.
Experience with relational and non-relational databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, with solid knowledge of SQL and database design principles.
Familiarity with version control systems, especially Git and GitHub, with experience implementing automated deployments (CI/CD).
Strong knowledge of AWS Cloud, including Compute services (EC2, Lambda, ECS/EKS), Storage and database services (S3, RDS, DynamoDB), Networking and security (VPC, IAM, CloudWatch, CloudFormation/Terraform), and experience deploying and managing cloud-native applications on AWS.

Preferred Technical And Professional Experience

Strategic stakeholder engagement and creative problem‑solving.
Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code using best practices.
Excellent problem‑solving and debugging skills.
Experience with agile development methodologies.
AWS Cloud certification is a plus.
